As Creative Maven's Founder, Heather has over two decades of experience producing numerous events, campaigns, and experiences in the high-tech and entertainment industries.Â
Heather leads a Global Community Evangelism, Engagement, and Events charter as a Principal PM Manager in the Microsoft 365 Customer Advocacy Group at Microsoft. She is also a Microsoft 365 Apps and Services Alumni - Most Valuable Professional (MVP),
Creative Maven is the home of Heather's creative and artistic endeavors. Based in Los Angeles, California, Heather enjoys teaching and speaking worldwide to discuss marketing, personal brand, personal development, healthy workplaces, and diversity & inclusion.

Heather was born and raised in Michigan, formative years in Indiana and Illinois, and graduated from the University of Washington School of Drama, Seattle, Washinton. She studied at Trinity College, Dublin, and can often be found chasing sunsets at her local beach in Southern California.

Heather continues to be recognized by peers and organizations for achievements as a Chief Marketing Officer and technologist. She is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) alum, and has been a part of the Forbes Business Council.
Heather is active in many advocacy groups supporting the arts and diversity; she is passionate about women’s issues, the environment, and social justice. She leads many community technology activities in Southern California.
